We use Firebase Authentication to manage user logins. It is your responsibility to safeguard your password and account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.
3. Subscription and Payments
Lære Norsk offers both a freemium version with ads and a premium version without ads. The premium version is available through in-app subscription purchases.
a) Pricing
• Freemium Version: Free to use but includes advertisements.
• Premium Version: Subscription fees are $2.99 per month or $15.99 per year.
• Payments: Payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system, and you are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid.
b) Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
c) Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Any requests for refunds should be directed to Apple, as we do not manage payments directly.
4. Use of the App
Lære Norsk provides users with a library of phrases, vocabulary exercises, and speech recognition tools to assist in learning Norwegian. Your use of the app is subject to the following conditions:
• You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or sell any part of the app or its content without our explicit consent.
• You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt its functionality, reverse engineer the software, or hack into the service.
• You may not use the app for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to violating intellectual property rights or harassing other users.
5. User Content
Any data, phrases, speech recordings, or other content that you upload, store, or share within the app remains your responsibility. By using the app, you grant Lære Norsk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing app services.

The premium version of Lære Norsk is ad-free. If you prefer an ad-free experience, you may upgrade to the premium version via in-app purchase.
